Description
Grace in the Mirrorbox depicts a pair of mirrored portraits, modeled by my niece, Grace,
and inspired by the Mirrorbox Theatre on which it is painted. The mural is intended to be
a variation on comedy and tragedy. I’m interested in provoking curiosity without
providing concrete answers. The portraits generally represent the duality of the human
condition and the cycle of agony and ecstasy existing in perfect harmony.
